Which I do like, but I still love me a good creamy dressing from time to time, don't we all. So, I started experimenting to find the perfect creamy dressing using ingredients I love and know fuel my lifestyle/performance, and here it is.
Creamy & Zesty Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Add to: Any salad of choice!
Here I added it to my kale, red pepper, avocado, and chicken salad.
If making for a Caesar add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and replace the lime juice with lemon.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (I use Oikos Triple Zero)
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 1/2 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze
Good Pinch of Sea Salt
Pepper to Taste (optional)
Directions:
Super simple, in a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Add as needed to your salad, store the rest in a sealed container in the fridge. That's it, it's that easy. Enjoy!
